SP isn't drawn at all but made by the computer. Also I just read on Wiki that creating a southpark ep. would take 6-7 days and making a simpsons ep. would take a few months.

I've heard that making a simpsons episode takes (from the idea is thought of to air date) about one year, this includes writing the script, recording the voices and whatever they do to the episodes...

In all honesty i highly HIGHLY doubt that, the real process of making a show like the simpsons is simple and effective, why do you think they are still around, a year for an episode is way to long, i mean really, think about it

An episode of The Simpsons probably takes a month at the most to make. Thankfully they have a hilariously huge crew so they can work on 5 episodes at once.

But I lost all respect for The Simpsons ever since they did the episode "That 90s Show" which basically took a shit on all of the Simpsons continuity, and pissed on that loaf of shit. They can't do an episode of Homer and Marge being in College during the 90s and Homer forming a grunge rock band because the show was made for the duration of the 90s, and the characters been shown that they were in college in the 70s. FUCK YOU NEW SIMPSONS WRITING STAFF

I still watch Family Guy a tonne though, and adult swim shows like Robot Chicken and Metalocalypse.

Family Guy sucks in my opinion. They're just what South Park has been lately. They might have a good joke, but then they do it WAY TOO MANY TIMES which kills the joke off. Examples for this are when Peter hurts his leg in Family Guy over and over again and the way over-rated "He's not your friend, guy!" part in South Park.

The Simpsons' older seasons are awesome, and Futurama's first season is still one of the best things ever. Word.
