I would really like to know what disease he has, because I love Jimmy!

Like Timmy, he is handicapped, but he uses crutches to walk and is able to speak to people (albeit with a stutter). He likes to perform stand-up comedy, usually in the style of a Jay Leno monologue. His best friend is Timmy and he is the only person who can understand Timmy.
